• We strive to send your shipment the most efficient way possible. Orders are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. 
• Orders are shipped within the 48 hours for stocked products.
• Special orders are shipped within 4-6 weeks after the order is placed at sales@tiroavolosports.com
• All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Freight is based on the service selection you choose from USPS and UPS. You can change your freight by returning to the cart and select the appropriate service that meets your needs. 
• For International orders customers are responsible for any import or custom fees incurred on international shipments.
• Shipping chargers may change without noticed due to increases posted by the USPS

Returns/Exchanges.

• All merchandise must be returned within 30 days in resalable condition and show no signs of use or wear.
• Sorry there are no returns after the 30 days from the purchase date
• Sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling fees or return postage
• A 15% restocking feed will be applied to all returns.
• A 25% restocking fee on returns of special ordered items
